of the Board and four members.

In which, only one member of BOM

is in charge of in the executive and the

other four members is not participate

into the operation.

Control Board: 

Control Board includes a manager in charge

and  02 members

Board of Directors:

Head of the executive apparatus is the

General Director. 

Assistance for General Director is 02  Deputy

General Directors to be in charge of  following fields:

Construction, Construction consultancy, Finance, Administration 

and Human Resources.
