Project Location: Lot N(N-1), Quang Chau Industrial Park, Quang Chau Commune, Viet Yen District, Bac Giang Province, Vietnam

Riding the wave of foreign investment into Vietnam driven by global trade disputes, in early August 2019, Vinaincon Design and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company (Vinaincon E&C) was entrusted by Jufeng New Materials Vietnam Company Limited with the construction package for the Vietnam Jufeng New Materials Factory. The project has a total construction area of approximately 70,000 m², covering a site area of more than 10 hectares at Lot N(N-1), Quang Chau Industrial Park, Quang Chau Commune, Viet Yen District, Bac Giang Province, Vietnam.

Despite the large volume of construction work, the Employer required the package to be completed within only 120 days. In addition, construction commenced during the rainy and stormy season in Northern Vietnam, while the project was located on weak geological ground and subject to stringent requirements from the Quang Chau Industrial Park Project Management Board. These factors presented significant challenges for the contractor.

However, leveraging its capabilities and experience, Vinaincon E&C mobilized substantial resources and implemented the construction works in an urgent and coordinated manner. As a result, by mid-September 2019, nearly 50% of the construction volume under the package had been completed.
